Contract Provision Summary

The Contract Provision Summary displays a side-by-side comparison of client-submitted payer guidelines provided by the hospital for the Rate Advisor service. The proprietary Cleverley All-Commercial average by provision is also provided for benchmarking purposes. The summary includes the primary managed care/commercial payers based on submitted contract terms or assumptions. All Rate Advisor and Contract Concierge clients have the ability to view a summary of contract terms or to see the detail of each contract via this interactive web-based tool.

Contract Analytics

A web-based application that displays your values for common payers against benchmark groups through a series of standard inpatient and outpatient provisions. Examining comparison values for contracted payment terms provides a wealth of information especially when trying to understand your current market position. We display your term values for common payers against the proprietary Cleverley All-Commercial benchmark group via a series of standard inpatient and outpatient provisions. A dashboard view display values for the most common provisions. Separate inpatient and outpatient views are also available with specific patient type provision values.

Reference Library

All Rate Advisor and Contract Concierge clients have the ability to view a listing of their managed care contract files. The files shown in this repository reflect those that were utilized throughout the contract modeling phase of the project including but not limited to: reimbursement rates, terms, methodology, and fee schedules. Reference Library allows users to browse, track, search, sort, and filter, and download managed care contract files with ease.

Contract Testing

Cleverley + Associates offers detailed contract testing which provides a review of the financial impact of changes to managed care contract provisions and projects the potential results of various contractual changes before they are put in place.
